I have over three decades of sales, marketing, and media experience including 11 years serving the homebuilding industry during the housing boom of the early 2000’s. I am a practitioner of digital marketing, search engine marketing, and social media marketing, having founded the digital marketing consultancy, Domino Theory Marketing.
I am a Hubspot certified partner and certificated by Google in Search Engine Marketing and Advertising.
My professional marketing accreditations include:
- Hubspot Agency Partner Certification in content marketing, inbound marketing, and search engine optimization.
- Google Adwords Certification in advanced aspects of Google Ads and search engine marketing.
- Hootsuite Social Marketing Certification, an industry-recognized certification that demonstrates expertise with the essential elements of social marketing.
While working in the corporate world, I negotiated hundreds of millions of dollars in agreements with national and multinational corporations in the building supply, technology, entertainment, finance, and government service industries with companies including Microsoft, Sony, PwC, JP Morgan, Milgard Windows, Paramount Pictures, and many others.
Our two boys are in college, one studying English/Creative Writing at San Francisco State University and the other studying Mechanical Engineering at Colorado School of Mines.
We love the outdoors. You’ll hear us telling tales of our trips camping, backpacking, skiing, and sailing. A night out is usually dinner with friends at one of the great local El Dorado Hills restaurants or enjoying the amazing food scene in Sacramento (most often with a nice bottle of California wine!).

I am committed to my clients and believe that the best way to achieve the best results is to work as a team. I’ve been licensed since 2005 and honed my skills studying Managerial Economics at UC Davis and managing an A Class Historic Landmark in the center of the San Francisco Financial District for 16+ years for Tishman Speyer Properties – the largest commercial real estate management/development company in the world. In addition to managing the building, tenants and vendors, my role included working with the leasing and acquisition teams.
As much as I love real estate, I am equally passionate about my family. I immigrated to the US from Ukraine when I was 8 years old, grew up in San Francisco where I still have family and many friends and married my high school sweetheart. My 3 daughters are my purpose in life! In 2021, we left the Bay Area and now call El Dorado Hills home!

Our Community Involvement
In 2008, at a time when our public schools were being decimated by the financial crisis, we joined with a small group of friends to co-found the Buckeye Education Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation that raises funds for educational programs in El Dorado County’s Buckeye Union School District. The Foundation funds district-wide programs that are not able to be funded with tax dollars. From its grass roots, the Buckeye Education Foundation has now raised over $750,000 for our local elementary schools. Shannon currently serves as a volunteer and founding Board Member on the Foundation.
Jon currently serves as the President of the Governing Board (School Board) for the Buckeye Union School District, a natural extension of his work on the Buckeye Education Foundation.
We have also volunteered with Boy Scout Troop 454, where both our sons earned the rank of Eagle Scout, the El Dorado Hills Soccer Club, the Buddy Warner Ski Club, and the Oak Ridge High School Alpine Race Team, the Silva Valley Elementary PTA, the Meet the Masters Art Program, and a variety of other school and community organizations.
Jon served two years on the volunteer Mello-Roos Committee of the Serrano Homeowners Association where he was involved in the establishment of an end date for the previously open-ended Serrano schools Mello-Roos tax. He is currently a Trustee of the Governing Board of the Buckeye Union School District serving El Dorado Hills, Cameron Park, and Shingle Springs.
We are members of the El Dorado Hills Endowment’s Giving Circle to support El Dorado Hills charitable organizations, support the home-grown Hands4Hope organization and its mission to inspire and empower youth in leadership and service, The Center for Violence Free Relationships, and contribute to Patra Proud to support their efforts with children of working military families.
We love our El Dorado Hills community and one of the things we love most is that we are far from the only people who volunteer time to make this community better each and every day!
