A genuinely customized approach that differs from the “same old/same old”

We had some challenges to ready the house for sale due to needed deck renovations first--Jon and Shannon helped us through the maze of finding well qualified contractors and provided great counsel in that process. When a first attempt at staging the house did not quite meet our needs, they quickly found an alternative vendor who did a spectacular job staging the house. We had relocated by the time the house went on market and we counted on them to address issues and keep us well updated which they did very well. Yoffie Real Estate has the highest standards of professionalism we have ever experienced

Where do we start? Yoffie Real Estate has the highest standards of professionalism we have ever experienced. And over our lifetime we have sold and bought ten homes. Shannon Yoffie represented us in the sale of our home in Serrano. She priced it right for a market at the beginning of an upswing. A realtor who lived across the street from us commented that it would NEVER sale at the list price -- and that the house was at least $100,000 above what it was worth. Well...let me tell you, it SOLD for FULL ASKING PRICE in FOUR DAYS!!! Then there came an issue we weren't expecting. In the inspection it was noted that there was "Kitec" plumbing throughout the house. If you aren't aware of this plumbing, look it up. It was used extensively by developers throughout Serrano and other building projects. It is inferior, and much has been recalled. We were one of the first homes in Serrano required to change the plumbing in advance of a sale. OMG! Shannon Yoffie proceeded to negotiate with the buyer who split the cost of the new plumbing. (Yes...this involved the tearing out of walls, re-texturing, and painting.) Shannon supervised it all. Got the bids from plumbers, set the timeline, was on site when all this occurred, found a place where we could move on an interim basis -- and had it all done BEAUTIFULLY within the required 30-day close of escrow. You think ALL were indebted. YOU BET! Then Shannon proceeded to negotiate for us the purchase of the home we so wanted by Kalithea Park in El Dorado Hills. (It was a for sale by owner but was taken off the market.) She knocked on the door, got us into the house, and it was like MAGIC. She told us what to offer, advised on an extended closing date that opened the deal to us ALONE, and we now live in the house of our dreams. As Baby Boomers, now in our "fourth quarter," we can honestly say that we are SO HAPPY -- and Shannon Yoffie earned every bit of the commission!!! Would we use the Yoffie Real Estate Group again?
