Interesting how different areas are seeing different trends – or different timing of the same trends?
El Dorado Hills home sales peaked in September 2020 when lack of inventory became the conversation.
May 2022 saw the highest number of sales in EDH since November of ’21.
As for May historically, sales were down from last year, well above 2020, and almost equivalent to 2019.
June on the other hand, well, we’ll have to wait and see how the month finishes out…
