Is the El Dorado Hills real estate market slowing? Are we seeing a shift from a seller’s market to a buyer’s market?
We see a not so simple answer in the data:
Our view is that the El Dorado Hills real estate market is returning to a more normal pace than we saw this past spring.
A well priced home in good condition can still sell very quickly (we’ve had several recently on both the buy and sell side), just don’t count on it.
A combination of seasonality, Fall is typically a slower season for sellers, and the comparison to frenzied Spring housing market might make it feel like the wheels are falling off the housing market. The data shows that is far from the case. Statistically, the market remains a sellers market!
