It’s no secret that our local El Dorado Hills real estate market has been really active for the last 6 months. The luxury market has been no exception!
Almost half of all homes sold for over $1 million dollars in the 4th quarter sold with multiple offers!
And there are so few homes for sale that in January there was less than two months of inventory on the market. Inventory is typically low in January and even more so this year. There is less than half the inventory there was last year and less than a quarter of what was available in 2019!
